Lampworked beads have been made for centuries. Old lampworked beads are displayed in many of the museums of the world, especially in the countries bordering the Mediterranean. I have made the beads in this series to look as if they were dug up from an ancient site, or found beneath the sea in a forgotten shipwreck. Thus, "Unearthed". I'll continue to experiment with the ideas shown here. Please e-mail me if you would like a necklace similar to any shown below. None will be exactly alike however - and many of the accent beads are also old, and one of a kind. Enjoy looking.
